1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Dublin Wealth Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Dublin Wealth Enterprises provides clients with resources and assistance to help repair their consumer reports.

This is a 3 to 4 month process/program aimed at addressing issues on consumer reports. It is important to note that this process does not guarantee any specific results, as some issues may need to go through proper litigation, such as Arbitration or Small Claims Courts. The ruling of the Arbitrator or Judge will be the final decision regarding any legal matter.

3. Payment Terms Payment for services is required in full before the commencement of any work.

All payments are final, and you agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks for services rendered.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once payment is made, there are no refunds under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and clarity to all parties involved. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this no-refund policy.

5. Service Completion

Dublin Wealth Enterprises guarantees that the services purchased will be completed as described in the service agreement. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results, as these are subject to various external factors beyond our control. We commit to delivering the service in a professional and timely manner.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dublin Wealth Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software used in our services, is the property of Dublin Wealth Enterprises and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without the express written permission of Dublin Wealth Enterprises.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to business strategies, financial information, and proprietary data, secure and private. This confidentiality agreement will remain in effect even after the termination of the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Carolina.

10. Amendments

Dublin Wealth Enterprises reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

11. Termination

Dublin Wealth Enterprises reserves the right to terminate any service agreement at our discretion, without notice, if you violate any of these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dublin Wealth Enterprises concerning the services provided. Any prior agreements, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms.

Dublin Wealth Enterprises uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers regarding reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications among others and special offers, discounts, and new product updates, among others. Messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in during support interactions.

3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to 516-920-2495.

5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
